With more than half of all purchases made within the UK made by card payment, it’s clear that increasing numbers of consumers and merchants are getting on board the trend. And with the rise of mobile and contactless payments improving the speed and convenience of the purchasing process considerably, we can assume the popularity of card payments will only continue to grow.
